Gates Open

Gates open at 9:00AM and we ask that you respect that time as our volunteers need time to setup. You will need to drop off your equipment and move your car to the designated parking areas.

Check-In

Once you are settled in head over to the check-in table to grab your ingredients for the day. No grain will be distributed after 10:30 AM.

RAFFLE

Our goal every year is to procure the best homebrew related equipment and gift cards for our raffle!
This year is no exception!

To enter Big Brew Review, you must declare your beer style on brew day.

GRAIN: Pale Malt from Great Lakes Malting Co. Pre-crushed.
SPECIALTY GRAINS: Available for purchase at Cadillac Straits Supply House.
Rice hulls will be available!

Michigan HOPS: Mackinac, Saaz , Bergamont, Chinook, Triple Pearl (Click links for descriptions)
Hot & cold water will be supplied. Please bring hoses and splitters for cold water!

YEAST: WLP 090 San Diego Super. Bring a sanitized growler/howler please!

Only 60 spots available & they fill up very quick!

ELECTRIC SYSTEMS - NO outlets available.
Generators 72db or less please! A deflection shield/OSB is recommended.
Also, no grills, please!
